The last four years have presented some of the toughest operating conditions experienced in living memory, and I am delighted to be handing over the reins with the industry and the association in strong recovery. I would like to thank the Board, Advisory Council, and the whole membership for the support I’ve received during this period, and I’m delighted to be succeeded by Adele Youngs. I’m looking forward to supporting her in my new role as Vice President.”

Jennifer Tombaugh, President of ETOA and CEO of Tauck.
