Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on our Adventure Europe online event.

It’s good to know that the keynote session was a success and that many of you found the event valuable in terms of what was covered, meeting durations, and buyer types. Your feedback about no-shows and the challenges managing and retrieving contact details is most appreciated and we will work to establish better access and information to make your experience the best it can be.  We’ll also review the platform and meeting management system to streamline processes and functionality. Moving forward, our key aims are to improve communication around buyer expectations, as well as to provide clearer instructions on how to manage contact details.

Improving attendance at appointments
Of the 11 appointments I had planned, in the end 5 professionals did not attend, so it was a pity that I was unable to contact almost half of them.

Thank for you for letting us know. We are striving to be better - getting better discipline and more buy-in from attendees - as well as scoring higher on a good range of buyers. Every "no show" is contacted and asked to make arrangements to catch up with missed appointments.
